I retained Property Hunters to find a tenant for my duplex rental unit (I live in the other unit). I am very impressed with the quality of tenant they found to rent the unit - the person has just passed the one-year mark and is as good a tenant as any landlord could ask for. I don't require ongoing property management services but it was sure great to have Property Hunters look after the advertising, applications, background checks, etc. and preparation of the Residential Tenancy Agreement, issuance of keys, etc., etc. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of Christine and her team at Property Hunters and most certainly will retain them again if I need to seek another tenant.
