CSN Emeryville Collision & Auto Center

My first experience with CSN and their representative Sam could not have gone any better. I had two vehicles serviced; one needed tires and an over-all fluid check, the other needed an oil spray. CSN has two more vehicles/people they can add to their list of lifetime customers. I was not pressured into any unnecessary repairs, the honesty Sam has is reassuring. Great, efficient, honest service. Absolutely a wonder to deal with. Prices are better than dealerships and the customer service makes you feel like family. I can’t say enough to praise the CSN crew. Good work and thank you all!!!

When I hit a retread in the dark on the 401, it tore off and/or damaged several body trim panels. My colleague recommended Emeryville Collision for the repairs so I put them on my list for quotes and ultimately decided to have them do the repairs. I’m glad I listened to my friend because I had excellent service, they went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule and minimize my downtime; they had my vehicle ready for pickup in half of the time I originally expected. This was an out-of-pocket repair, so I was nervous about the cost, but Emeryville Collision was fair with their pricing. When I got my vehicle back, I was delighted to find that they had not only done the quoted body repairs, but they had done a thorough interior cleaning as well! Now I highly recommend them to my friends.

This past weekend ( Saturday) we visited Windsor. While travelling down our vehicle started making loud noises. We were referred by a family member to try the Emeryville Auto Service when it opens. First thing Monday morning we went to see Sam Ferrarelli who is the mechanical manager at the Auto Center. As this was our travel day back north and with no appointment we understood that our visit might be longer than expected. After speaking with Sam and explaining our situation he immediately had Mark ( the mechanic jump in and go for a quick drive with the vehicle) They quickly identified the problem and Sam advised us that he understood our situation and would get us in ASAP. The vehicle was fixed and we were rolling within 2 hours of us showing up. More importantly Sam's professionalism, and personal approach / understanding of our situation did not go unnoticed. To Sam and Mark THANK YOU for taking care of us. It is refreshing in today's world to fine professionals that are caring and understanding. The truck ran great and we can not thank you enough for helping us. Your card says "Distinction in Service" well we can attest to it. I would recommend you to anyone. Excellent mechanics and great service! I was experiencing starting and stalling issues with my car. I took it to Sam at Emeryville Auto Centre and he fixed the issue quickly for a fair price. He was very knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure. I would highly recommend their team!

my 2019 Ram 1500 was fixed big time. Box shiftet and bumper and side panel damaged. They did a great repair. Even fixed another part shortly after and it took them only 2 minutes! free of charge! Excellent service. Everyone there is super nice. Thanks again guys!!
