Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ashley, who was a prime example of quality Customer Service.
She was warm, hospitable, and provided great service. She maintained good conversation and made the experience a breeze. In addition, the haircut was excellent and the location clean and well maintained.
Also to add, the store has a policy that should a customer walk in right before closing, they would still accept them.
That is an example of warm hospitality, and kind courtesy.
