Chad the salesperson was very helpful with options the installers very professional and did a great job installing and explaining what they are doing.Gord the owner came a couple of days after and rechecked everything to make sure we are 100% satisfied and also the price was very acceptable compared to other companies in the city.

Daniel and Nick did a great job installing my front door and frame. They were friendly, answered my questions. You could see them put effort to make sure installation was good and precise. I really appreciated their attention to detail and them making sure the door integrates nicely with the existing house.

We decided to replace our vintage glass slider windows with beautiful Vinyl Windows from DuraVu, we are absolutely ecstatic with the results. From the sales representative Chad, to their receptionist Holly and installers Scott and Mike the professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Scott especially takes an enormous amount of pride in his work, on time, worked quickly and left our house as he found it ... maybe even a little cleaner. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them to others. I should mention their quote was substantially lower than the next of 3 quotes.
