After finding out Osteopathic therapy exists I gave it a try.
This is my story.
After going to see physiotherapy for months and months, problem after problem. Started with my hip from mountain biking, then my shoulders from not doing anything, I had a hard time sleeping and lots of discomfort and pain. After seeing Jeff for the first time, he said your shoulders are not correct because of your hip. I didn't even tell him about my mountain biking accident. He said " let's fix the hip and next the shoulders. FIRST SESSION NO PAIN. I can go on and on. This guy fixed me!!!! -
