  Edit 3: Owner called me and made the situation right. He also mentioned they have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
  
  Ordered at 7:45. Told pickup at 8:30. Ended up getting pizza past 9 o clock. No one updated us on the delay at all. There were only 2 cars in the lot so it wasn’t really busy. This delay should have been communicated at the very least.
  
  Edit: send 2 emails to the address in the reply by the owner and 2 weeks later, no response. Really disappointed with the customer service here.
  
  Edit 2: called 3 times to the store trying to get ahold of Joe either by callback or email. Haven't heard from him yet.
