DC Basement Waterproofing and Concrete Raising

We're used DC twice - once for basement waterproofing and once for a sump pump discharge line replacement. DC isn't the cheapest, but you get very professional service and absolute top quality. If you've ever been through a basement flood, you know how valuable quality is when you need it. Great company - while I hope I never have to see them again for obvious reasons, if I need any work done, in the future they'll be my first call.

Showed up early, kept me informed during the process, delivered EXACTLY what was promised! Crew was friendly and efficient showing up early, starting work right away, and cleaning up perfectly after the job was done. Doug gets it, and he employs people who also get it. DC is the only place you need to look to have your concrete levelled properly and professionally.

DC basement recently installed a new sump pump and back water valve in our home.

Best experience I've ever had with any contractor! I had an issue with my concrete steps eroding & crumbling. I chose to go with DC out of 3 different companies, partly because of the great reviews online but mostly because I liked the way Doug explained what could be done to fix it & the reasonable price for the job. His guy Butch did the work & he was very easy to deal with as well. There was a small cosmetic issue during the repair that I brought to Doug's attention, he addressed it quickly & made it right! When the work was done, before issuing the invoice, Doug emailed me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. It's obvious these guys take pride in the work they do & Doug cares about his customers. This was a relatively small job but I was never made to feel irrelevant or unimportant. Very professional! I highly recommend this company!
