Roseland After Hours Medical Clinic

We have a family doctor. But we have had to come here a couple times because we needed after hours care. This place is exceptional. There is one thing specifically that makes it special. The woman at the front reception- I believe her name is Coleen. People are not feeling well, or their kids are sick, and they are not coming in on their best behaviour. But Coleen is so kind and empathetic. She treats people like she really cares and tries to help them the best she can. Because of this every situation becomes diffused and stays calm. Such a compassionate and competent person. The doctor is thorough, efficient and LISTENS when you talk. And the rest of the staff is very pleasant as well. The clinic itself is clean and spacious, so even if you have to sit and wait, it’s not so bad. It’s also extremely busy because there is only one other place in the city that accepts walk in after 4pm.

I have never had a bad experience the lovely lady working reception if fabulous I have gone to this clinic since my children were small now I use it on occasion for myself if my dr is not in office .
She is so nice !!!! Just can’t say enough I adore her I usually call first.
I saw Dr Doshi last and he was very nice.. I’m sorry for the bad experiences of others but I would urge to try again. As long as I have been going here over 20 years I’ve never had a bad experience the nurses are wonderful friendly they work reception and the office and they are just sweet. I’m a retired VP and nothing about their demeanours have ever been unprofessional or warrant bad reviews and they cannot be held responsible for any drs decision or care. I think they run the clinic wonderfully. And I adore the ladies was just there last weeks not better myself but there was no wait, they always keep it moving the best they can!!!
- each dr is different, patient load and illness makes appointment time vary, all around I think this clinic has done nothing but improve throughout the years!!!
