Staff are accountable for their actions, senior execs reach out to customers to resolve matters, the branch is clean and spacious, CSRs are welcoming and polite and take the time to build rapport with customers, faster lines, great location. I cannot complain. Regional VP for Niagara was hired to do the right job. As a satisfied customer, I have to give credit where its due.

After being told at the Welland branch that it would take 2 weeks for my 14yr old to open an account we decided to go to this branch in St Catharines.
We were immediately helped by Adam Kirby, this gentleman did an amazing job ! He went over everything with my son in detail making his first experience with a bank so positive. My son was so proud and happy, he thinks Adam Kirby deserves a promotion. I cant argue!

Phenomenal bank! After having my account at First Ontario illegally terminated, this bank welcomed me with open arms - especially a specific teller, although I'm not sure if they would like to be named, so I won't mention who they are. Truly, this branch is a breath of fresh air. Not only obeys the law, but is very friendly to those who struggle to find law abiding businesses. Would highly recommend anyone to do business here!
