  Room was amazing as expected.. Cleanliness 5 Star ????.. Place and Environment was superb.. Staff was very polite and Friendly.. Totally worth it.. for sure go again.. Photos attached are from outside of the hotel and from my room window..

  Wonderful place to stay but it is starting to get a bit dated. Still very clean and friendly staff. Its Fort Erie, nothing around here better anyways.

  I cannot say enough nice things about the folks at the Clarion Hotel. Besides the hotel being comfortable and well located their staff went above and beyond for me. I inadvertently left a brand new shirt in my room while staying there. It was well over a week before I realized that it was missing and where it might be. I called and was promptly contacted by the housekeeping department. They confirmed that yes they had the shirt and would send it right out. That was yesterday and today the shirt has already arrived. Everyone there is to be commended on the outstanding customer service from the housekeeping staff to the front desk. I wish there was more I could do for them than simply write this recommendation. Many many thanks.

  We stayed here mostly based on the price and its proximity to the Niagara Falls. We were not disappointed. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff were all wonderful. Plenty of parking available on a holiday weekend as well. Great place to stay if you are planning on venturing to the falls but not wanting to pay for a hotel near the falls. Perhaps the only downside is that the breakfast was not complimentary but rather needed to be purchased in the on site restaurant.
