River Rapids Inn

Great hotel to stay in for a few nights. Stayed during covid and the rooms and property were all cleaned. The owner is such a sweetheart. She was super nice and kind. Our room was spacious, bed was firm so that's a personal preference for some. 4 story building with no elevator so you must take stairs to the upper levels. Free parking and also a free small breakfast delivered to your room every morning ( orange juice box with a muffin, a yogurt and a piece of fruit) the resto is closed due to covid. Hot tub was closed but the pool is open. It's about a 4 minute drive to the falls so don't expect to walk there, but for the low price and free parking you can drive to the falls, pay for parking and still save money instead of booking at a major chain. This is a local business and during these tough times it's nice to support a small business. Will be staying here again next time we come back.

Nice place. Price is okay. Clean and capacious room. The only issue we got was we couldn't connect to Wifi and had to use our data 😏.

We had the opportunity to take a last minute, last weekend of summer getaway, wanted to support a smaller establishment in these COVID times rather than one of the larger chains. We read a lot of reviews and settled in this hotel, and so glad we did!
Free parking, free breakfast, amazing front desk staff (thank you Donna and Travis) for the super friendly and efficient check in. Beautiful view of the rapids and great central location. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All COVID precautions were taken so we felt perfectly safe! Highly recommend in every aspect and exceptional value for money!
