Evans Heating & Cooling

Hello. I am writing this on behalf of my in-laws (Aldo and Maria Pellegrini), who needed an alternative to traditional duct work A/C in their new home. They called Evans, got really fast service (unheard of in the pandemic) and barely a week passed from the time they signed the contract to when the work started.

My in-laws were very happy with the quality of the service, the collaboration, and the price.

They asked me to provide a five-star review to the team they worked with to thank them for the amazing work they did to make their new home comfortable.

So happy we called Evans. A/C unit stopped working last Friday afternoon. Chris arrived right on time on holiday Monday morning. Diagnosed the issue and provided the repair within an hour. Amazing!! I have since booked Chris for a furnace maintenance. The office folks are also top-notch!! Highly recommend Evans Heating & Cooling!

After having a few contractors “drop the ball” I searched for a company to have my central Air Conditioning addressed. We had sticky air in our home. I knew we had a leak or failure. I called Evans. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant. She advised that a technician would come out for a fee. I said OK. By the way … their email and text messaging system is phenomenal. Technology is important but personal attention is crucial! Chris Vocal showed up. 10/10. I can’t say anything else. The guy is a legend! Knew his craft, showed me !!! (Very important) … closed me! On install day this morning 6/14 Kameron Jacobi and Craig showed up … on time .. again 10/10. These guys were at my place from 8:50-13:00. Clean, professional and personable. I highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky you’ll get one or two or three of these guys. The perfect Trifecta. Thanks Guys and Gal. Great experience. As I sit in my cool house with my lovely bride. ;-)

Jordan arrived ahead of his scheduled time for our service appointment. He was friendly, professional, polite and well spoken, and thoroughly explained everything and clearly laid out our options. His work was meticulous and fastidious and he left all areas and work spaces (a/c unit, garage, furnace room) tidy and clean, even coiling up the water hose and hanging it back exactly as my husband had it stored. We will definitely request Jordan for future maintenance / service appointments.

Evans Heating & Cooling did an excellent job installing in my home the new 60 gallon gas hot water heater that I purchased from them. On the scheduled installation date they arrived 1/2 hour early and completed the installation within 2 hours. They removed the old water heater and placed it in my garage for pickup by the rental company. I received 2 quotes for water heaters and Evans price was substantially less (for similar equipment) than the quote I received from than another reputable Niagara Region company.
I rate Evans 5 Stars and definitely recommend using their services.
