  Christine has created such a beautiful, warm and welcoming studio out of her home. I was running late to my appointment but instantly felt at ease when I stepped into her care. Her Indian head massage and reflexology treatments were both incredible! I was able to sink into a deeply relaxed state very quickly due to Christine’s ability to curate a safe space and shift energies. Thank you Christine!

  I enjoyed my reflexology sessions with Christine so much, I had to try an Indian head massage from her! She is knowledgeable, professional and very good at what she does. Her studio is so calm, warm and inviting. The services here are the best I've experienced and executed with care. I also recommend her homemade salve - it's made a difference on my hands and feet. Thank you Christine and I'll see you soon!

  I am so grateful for Christine and her studio! Each time I receive Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, I feel completely relaxed and cared for, not only during, but long after each session. I highly recommend Ayama Yoga & Wellness if you are looking for a welcoming and healing space.

  I had an amazing experience at Ayama yoga & wellness with a reflexology appointment. Christine makes you feel so comfortable., explains the process and is so relaxing!!! Will definitely continue this practice!! Looking forward to also taking a restorative yoga class in the new year!!! Her studio is so calming!!! ♥️

  I highly recommend Ayama Yoga& Wellness for a class, treatment and/or friendly consultation. The studio space is bright, clean and welcoming. Christine immediately makes you feel comfortable with the primary objective to resonate with your purpose of participation- a specific health issues, stiff body or simply relaxing.
  I have had both Reiki and Reflexology treatments and recommend both. Christine is professional and is sure to explain the treatment prior to beginning and answer any questions or concerns.
  A special place for individuals looking for practice and/or treatment rooted in honesty and integrity.
