I've been dealing with Ramzi and Imperial Optical for 14 years now and I've been extremely happy with the service from day one. So many times Ramzi's gone above and beyond and out of his way to help me. I really appreciate the goold "old fashioned" top notch service!! I have recommended Imperial Optical to a number of my friends and they've all been very happy with the great service. I highly recommend them.

Honestly it is very difficult to find the right optometrist, and good quality treatment from all of the staff as well. I have known Ramzi and Shannon for 5+ years. They are both smart, generous, kind, have a great sense of humour, and are customer service oriented. Give them a chance and they will impress you, I can’t recommend them enough!

The Acuvue Oasis contacts with Hydraclear plus are the best, they don’t hurt your eyes at all and it allows for Oxygen to get through to your eyes and breathe. Make sure to always clean your contacts everyday, don’t sleep with them, and wear glasses as well to protect your eyes *

Brought in a pair of frames to switch prescription lenses and upon pick up I brought in a pair of my go-to Sunglasses that the arm had broken on. He was able to fix them on the spot without charge!!! Fantastic shop, friendly and superior service! Will never go elsewhere again!
