Kyle thanks a bunch for your efforts and hard work to make it happen and Alex it was super nice to meet you in person and thank you so much for delivering my car and assist all the way through the process. You guys are the best!

The service was nothing but excellent, my CLA45 had a steering rack failure which was covered by a service recall. Debbie was very friendly and helpful and the shop was very through and treated us and the car as Mercedes always does, Special. I would recommend them and their service to anyone with a Merc. Thank you Debbie and all the staff for making the whole experience as painless as you did.

Being from out of town, I called the dealership and spoke with Nick Smolak. From the very start he was easy to talk to and addressed my questions and concerns promptly and respectfully. We reached out to our local dealerships in Burlington and Oakville but the level of service was sorely lacking so we decided to do business with Nick and the Performance team in St Catharines. The purchase process went smoothly and it was a no nonsense experience which we really appreciated. Very happy being a first time Mercedes owner and wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick and the Performance team - even though they are out of town, it's worth the drive

I can not give enough praise to the exceptional level of Excellent service. My service advisor was Matthew Robert. He is the reason I will continue to come to Performance Mercedes. My car wouldn’t start and unfortunately the service department was closed but I spoke to the pleasant receptionist in the sales department. She kindly told me I could have the car towed there and she would leave my info and note my issues for the service. The next day as I expected they were very busy but Matthew kindly called me and kept me up to date with the status of my car! Long story short when my car was finished I was concerned of getting a larger bill! Not the case They we’re extremely fair and never price gouged me! As a woman that is always worry when we drop our cars off to get work! He explained in detail everything! He was kind professional and exemplified the definition of excellence customer service!
And to top it off I received a follow up call from the Boss Chris Saunders who was even more courteous kind and professional! I didn’t think things could be any more perfect! I guess his amazing leadership shows and I believe his level of excellence is driven and past down to his amazing staff! Unfortunately did not get everyone’s name but they were all great! I am sorry I didn’t get their names but I know it is a team effort and customer service and excellence is definitely all their focus!
