Get It Inspected - Commercial & Home Inspections

Called in to inquire over the air quality in my home. Being a first time home owner (with no inspection done prior) I had questions that started piling up about the furnace, AC, ventilation, dryer vents, etc... but Pat was kind enough to listen, make suggestions, and give me direction on things I should do after taking possession. I now have some homework and look forward to working with them soon!

We recently hired Get It Inspected and had Pat come out to a home we were looking to purchase in Niagara region. I’m so glad we decided to hire him and especially because he knows the region and those houses, he is thorough and knows his stuff. I really appreciated his candid opinions and realistic expectations we should have. He showed us everything we needed to concern ourselves with but also did so in a way that made you feel like it wasn’t the end of the world and things could be corrected. His report showed the expected costs and pictures including the heat camera he uses which provides insight into closed walls, especially in finished basements where leaks would be hidden. I will be hiring Pat for my home’s pre inspection before we sell as I know he will be able to find things I may have missed.
