  Melissa is a joy to work with. I have used her vast array of exceptional services both personally and within my workplace for many years.
  Her FST therapy is second to none, you will leave her table feeling taller, longer and more aligned. Her natural products are high quality and work exactly as advertised. She is a tough but fun personal trainer/health coach with many years of experience. Noting that many of her clients have remained her clients throughout those years.
  Her custom workplace programs directly address the musculoskeletal issues associated with sitting/desk work. She has trained and empowered each employee to take a few minutes, on their own, to do specific, preventative exercises and movements that help keep wrists, neck, eyes, hips and back (well everything really) as stress free as possible while working at a desk for 8 hours.
  I highly recommend Happy Humans by Melissa for anyone looking for a well rounded professional that specializes in making Humans Happy, inside and out!
