If you are looking for great food and great ambience, look no more.

We went with the wrong assumption that most of their portions are small and ordered most of the menu 😂. Thanks to the waiter for stopping us and telling us we were ordering way too much for 4 people 😁

Dishes were creative and beautifully decorated with some homie feel into it. Service was great and friendly. It’s not cheap, but for the price you get fabulous food.

Don’t forget to order the cream of mushroom truffle soup. I’m not a soup guy, but this was the best soup I’ve ever had. Amazing!!

This place became one of my favorite restaurants in the world. What a beautiful and amazing place. Sebastian was extremely professional, together with his other teammate whom he recruited. The food was amazing! EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! I just think of the day I’ll be back!! It is a MUST if you are around!! You are welcomed!!

BEST CULINARY EXPERIENCE IN VALLE!
The tasting menus with wine parings are absolutely amazing. We have been to Animalón several times and it never disappoints. On the contrary, it is the highlight of our trip. Can't wait to visit again!!!

Suggestion: Because seating is outdoors under a beautiful tree, wear warm clothing. The staff does an amazing job of providing blankets for every guest and small space heaters but, it’s not enough. Jackets and boots everyone!
