(December 5, 2021, 3:11 pm)Amazing views of the valley from this hilltop restaurant! Chef Luis creates wonderful dishes having fun with traditional Mexican plates and cuisine from around the world. Our favorites were the aguachile, the sashimi tostada with shitake mushrooms, and the craft beer with hints of cardamom. We can't wait to get back!

Toujours excellent On aime et on revient. Nous avons fait appel au restaurant "la Medina" pour un repas de 50 personnes le lendemain d'un mariage au Château de la Fayolle . Mustapha nous a gentiment livré le repas et nous nous sommes tous régalés. Les plats sont généreux. Le Tajine au poulet est un délice.
