My experience at the Staybridge was marvelous. I came in and was greeted with respect and given quality service. My queen sized 6th floor room was beautiful. I cannot give enough gratitude to William and Lorenzo for their amazing customer service. I’ll be recommending this hotel to my friends and family that plan to visit Albany. I wouldn’t go to any other hotel after my experience. Thank you again William and Lorenzo for making my experience at Staybridge memorable!

Excellent all around. There was a social hour with a take out theme and salad bar and beer/wine for guests the one night. Full breakfast and it was amazing. Staff was courteous and helpful when needed. Amenities were great as well. We will stay here again in the future!

I don't normally leave hotel reviews, but I've had multiple positive stays here. First, the front desk staff has been very friendly and professional. I wish I would have written the names from my previous stay as well, but Mario who greeted me last night was great. The location is quiet and close to a lot of restaurants. I also can't believe I'm saying this, but a standout for this hotel is the food. They do a complimentary dinner, including a great salad bar, at night, and their breakfast is actually really good. There was a guy grilling the brats last night! I normally do not eat at any other hotels but the food here stands above the rest by a large margin. I commend everyone at this hotel who has put such a strong place together.

The staff were polite and very engaging. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which was beautiful and roomy. I brought my two dogs with me which turned out well. The dog area outside was huge and had plenty of room for them to run. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel was very clean.

The only issue that I had was that the tub drainage was not good.

My weekend stay was great overall!! I will definitely be back to stay again.
