I am beyond happy with my experience with Dr. Reyes and his team. Everyone was so kind and polite and genuinely cared for your well-being. The care was refreshing, especially compared to what I’m used to here in the states. Communication has been excellent as well. I have quick access to the doctors and all the staff, incredible really. The Rehab room was really nice too, so very comfortable and it had a pullout reclining chair bed for my husband. While in rehab, I got quick help when I needed, there were three doctors on staff. The hotel stay at the Quartz was also a dream, so much that we decided to stay another night to rest. The restaurants and vibe right by the hotel were great (I didn’t eat of course, only my husband). Room service was also so nice. Everyone I interacted with was just so nice in TJ. Also, the transportation was great, very comfortable and the man driving was very nice. Most definitely, I will be recommending his practice and going to TJ for all my healthcare needs. I thank God I fell into good hands.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the end of July 2021 and could not be any happier with the results. I had no complications and no bad reactions after surgery. My experience with Dr. Jorge Reyes Mendiola was the best. I recommend him 100%. My whole experience was very good. 6 months after surgery, i had already lost 80 pounds. Can’t wait for what is to come and am very happy i decided to get the surgery with Dr. Jorge Reyes Mendiola.

I had my surgery done on January 6th and all turned out very well. The staff is kind, everyone is hospitable, and the facility is clean. I’m a native from San Diego so I was picked up from my home, taken to the clinic, and dropped off at my home after my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and good recovery. I highly recommend batriatric surgery here. And so far, I’ve lost 14 lbs and it’s been 2 weeks since my surgery!

I highly recommend Dr. Jorge Reyes and the Obesity Surgical Center for bariatric surgery. I learned of the center through a friend who raved about Dr. Reyes. I chose to work with them directly rather than going through a medical broker and they were great! Dr. Reyes is a fantastic, highly skilled surgeon who treats his patients with great compassion. His patient’s quality of life comes first. He has treated my friend, my daughter and myself and we are all grateful for the difference he has made in our lives! If you’re considering bariatric surgery choose Dr. Jorge Reyes. He is truly the best!

Dr. Reyes and his team were wonderful! Before traveling to Mexico, we spoke frequently via video consultations and messages. He is really responsive and will answer all your questions. I traveled alone to receive my surgery and always felt like I was in great care with the nurses and internist. My driver was wonderful as well. Picked me up right on time from my hotel in San Diego. The ride across is like 20 minutes. It’s right across the border. The facilities were immaculate. Incredibly clean. Post op I have been doing very well! No issues! He still keeps in contact with me even months after to see how I’ve been. Thank you for everything Dr Reyes and the team!
