These guys were outgoing and went above and beyond to get a last minute part ordered for my truck to get realigned same day.   Many businesses today are dealing with labor shortages and supply issues, and 4WP is no exception. However, if you are willing to have a little patience, these guys will not let you down.
  
  We recently took in our Jeep JK to have the front end diagnosed due to the wobble we were experiencing. Rachel, the Assistant Manager, told us exactly what was wrong and suggested what parts we needed to resolve the issue.
  
  On the scheduled day to have our Jeep fixed, things did not go as planned. Jay, the Store Manager, wanted to make things right given the length of time that the job was taking and the unexpected part the job required. Jay did not charge us for the additional part, plus he also covered the cost we incurred for renting a car for an extra day.
  
  Once we picked up the Jeep, we haven't had an issue yet, and that was a month ago. These guys know what they are talking about, and they value you as the customer. I can't say enough about Jay and his team but, I can sure say that they have earned a customer for life.
