Cecconi’s Amsterdam

This was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. We had the meatballs, roast potatoes, salami pizza and the chilli lobster pasta. It was divine. The service was impeccable, super fast and attentive, our server was Camilla she was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helped us out the menu and gave a welcoming experience - 10/10 would recommend

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and really good food. I enjoyed every moment of my courses. All the starters, pizza and pasta were amazing. I would definitely go there again. I strongly recommend the aubergine one on the starter🤤

We were visiting Amsterdam for a few days a couple weeks ago, and we ate here on our second night. The ambience was wonderful. We loved our food (veal, salad, pasta, and pizza) and drinks. The tiramisu was excellent! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Our waiter, John (I think that was his name?) made us feel at home. Wish we had made it back for drinks at the bar on another night.

Friendly personnel, great ambiance and a reasonable variety of dishes to choose from. I’ve tasted from various plates (meals balls with sauce as well as chicken with mashed potatoes), and they taste just like my Nonna would make them. Dry tasty!

The pizzas are good, but there is room for improvement as they were a little dry to my taste. The dough was a little hard to get through due to the I sharp knives.

Prices are a little higher than average, but it makes sense given the ambiance and the location.
