  Loved the Chicken Gyoza … highly recommend it. Chicken teriyaki rice, good. Sometimes AC doesn’t work and they only have 1 tabel outside

  Amsterdam-
  Some of the best Japanese food in Amsterdam. The only thing they don’t carry is sushi. But everything in this restaurant is tasty. I lived in Japan for three years and I know good quality Japanese food, and they have good quality. The Ramen was especially good! But everything in the pictures I ordered was great, so I would highly suggest ordering anything from the pictures below.

  Came here with quite some expectation and the one thing that I like the most is their flavoured egg.
  That egg was really amazing. Soft and sweet flavoured with a smooth texture that you won't get tired of.
  
  The karaage portion was huge and loved it a lot. (the miso karaage felt like they used some miso flavoured sauce from a store and put it on the plate)
  Also the roasted chicken had nice flavours and the chicken was tasty and yet not dry.
  
  We hade the noukou vegetable ramen and I liked the broth a lot.
  Full bodied and tasty. (Could taste that they made it more creamy with soy milk)
  Also ordered a tantanmen. chicken broth with (a bit too much) soy milk. Nice bowl but I got a bit tired of the same flavour by the end of the bowl though.
  We couldn't resist the temptation and ordered another bowl of salty chintan chicken broth with chicken chashu and chicken meatball. The meatball was quite flavourless on it's own but the tori chashu was tasty.
  The broth was again full bodied and satisfied us completely.
  
  Friendly staff and all in all, would definately to out of my way to visit again as they're one of the best in the neighbourhood.

  We had some good vegetarian Tantanmen Ramen and Chicken Karaage at Tokyo Ramen Takeichi. The broth was creamy and the ingredients were nicely prepared, but the broth could have been a bit stronger in taste. The Chicken Karaage was tasty.
