Liz was even available at 11pm in the UK when the transfer had not arrived at the airport. She revised the holiday 3 times and it was no issue for Liz. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

We booked our first holiday to Disney with her and she came back with lots of options and highly competitive in price. We simply don't bother with other high street agents or booking online as they do not have that personal touch at all. We will always go to Liz for our holidays no matter if they are in the UK or abroad. Would highly recommend to all!
