  Just want to say a massive thank-you for putting yourself out this evening in opening your showroom for us even though you were going on holiday 7 hrs later. The car drove perfectly on the way back to Sidcup so again thank you.

  I cannot recommend Robin/West Essex Trade Sales enough. Honestly, the best car dealer I have been to.
  
  Extremely passionate, willing to meet up outside of work hours to arrange pick-up if you do purchase a car. Friendly mechanics that work with Robin that do a fantastic job. Amazing communication (will go through everything you need to know from part exchanging your car, to renewing tax etc.)
  
  Easiest process of buying a car I have dealt with.
  
  I cannot be happier with my purchase (2010 Fiesta).

  Just wanted to take time out to say it was a pleasure dealing with Robin over the last few days, my daughter Kayleigh was looking for a car and nothing was too much trouble for Robin. He let us test drive 3 vehicles and was not pushy and answer all of our questions and i know car salesman do get stick but i can honestly say i will be Recommending him to all my friends and family when they decide to buy their next car. He even was able to have the car ready 2 days before our agreed pick up date which was great for Kayleigh because her insurance ran out and wanted the new insurance to start on her new car and not have to mess around changing vehicle details on her insurance. once again Robin thanks for all your help.

  Amazing service by Robin. First time buying a car, and he made the process really easy and straightforward and his knowledge was really helpful. Even got the alloys repainted at a very reasonable price.
  
  Had a few teething issues when getting the car but Robin was really helpful and got them sorted asap.
  
  Really recommend using West Essex, mainly due to the service Robin provides.
