    Tom was great, fast and efficient service in removing a bike lock. Rang him up after receiving a quote and was able to do the job the same day.

    What a guy! Phoned Tom at 7.50pm on a rainy Friday night as the handle fell off my door. He was there within 20 minutes and finished the job in ten minutes. Originally quoted £75 but knocked off a fiver as it was a simple job. Couldn't recommend him enough.

    My flatmates and I were locked out two times because the locks are very old. Tom responded very quickly and came as soon as he could. He was very polite and professional. He has a good attitude, and we would definitely call him again if we need. Highly recommend to anyone.
