    We were invited to seat at the chef’s table and my relatives was very happy as they can take photos and chat with Marcus. Great ambience and dining experience. The price is not cheap but you get the best quality and service.

    Amazing food, unbelievable service. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Brilliant experience all around. I had the 5 course lunch menu. This was my first Michelin star restaurant and I would definitely go again.

    Came here for a 5 course taster lunch, it was on another level of perfect. the staff could not have produced better service, the food was just stunning and to top it of, as this was a birthday - they gave us a tour of the kitchen to meet the chefs - i would move in if i could! outstanding.

    Good variety menu and portion. Staff were very switched on and willing to have a conversation, especially Kitty. Service was done in a nice pace. Waiter who served us went through the whole menu with us. Also showed us around the kitchen which was good experience. Location is nice with parking around the area.

Why Marcus lost its second star is a mystery to me. The central agenda for a restaurant has to be food and each time I have found it one of the beat and most original kitchens in the UK. To demote it to the same standard as Hide is a plainly wrong.
