  A truly knowledgeable and intuitive Reflexologist, with a professional approach and a wonderful & welcoming practice environment. I would always advocate reflexology as part of an integral way to enhance / support any stage of someone's life, either for relaxation through to pregnancy or other means of therapeutic support that compliments conventional treatment for illness or other - and with Gill, rest assured , after having been to several Reflexologists over the years in different locations, and eventually researching and finding Gill as one in my 'immediate' locality that outlined as the 'real deal' from her website and talking with her on the phone before our first initial session, having now been to three weekly sessions and with every intention to continue (and experience the wonderful additional treatments that she offers in complement to working on your feet - eg indian head massage, hot stone massage, etc ) I really feel that I am in the best hands....literally!x

  I have been receiving various treatments from Gill for several months now and the results have been fantastic. I have had long term back pain and more recently hip pain. Additionally I had become wheezy and easily breathless (no cause identified by GP). My hip pain is virtually gone, my wheeziness has improved dramatically, and my back pain is the best it’s been in 20 years. I’m thrilled with the difference Gill has made and have no hesitation in highly recommending her skilful services. I have had reflexology; spinal reflexology; lymphatic drainage reflexology; hot stone reflexology; vertical reflexology and Indian head massage, and have found them all to be not only beneficial, but relaxing and enjoyable too.   I have been having reflexology with gill for a number of months now and to say it was one of the best decisions i have made is an understatement. Before i went to gill i had been having problems with my legs back and arms i was in excruciating pain i could not make it up the stairs to my bedroom without going up on all.fours. i was on strong prescription medication and was close to buying a walking stick to help me. I am only 51 so this was an awful thing for me to concede to. My husband put me in touch with gill and i have never looked back. After 2 sessions of relexology with gill i noticed a difference i have kept it up and can honestly say over 90% of my pain has eased. I have had the indian head massage and hot stone reflexology and these too are both amazing and highly recomended. I now take no.prescription medication at all. I am so grateful to gill and highly recomend gills services which are superb. Gill makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I now have a new lease of life. Thankyou gill ????

  I have been attending Gill for reflexology sessions for almost 1 year now. After a fall injured my lower back. I was taking various prescribed painkillers but still in pain. My daily life was being curtailed and I was very unhappy with the number of tablets I was taking. Gill has used a mixture of standard reflexology and vertical reflexology for me. Both work equally well however vertical reflexology is something Gill has been able to teach me so now when the pain is troubling I am able to help myself. I have reduced my painkillers for 17 tablets daily to 3 a real morale boost for me. If you need really effective pain management and relaxation don't hesitate book now. You will not regret it. P.S.   I've been having reflexology with Gill since January after completing a course of chemo/radiotherapy treatment for tonsil cancer. I truly believe that the regular reflexology has helped my recovery enormously - I noticed an improvement in my level of pain and other symptoms after a few sessions. I would highly recommend Gill to anyone.
