  I’d never considered therapy but a health scare together with the painful breakdown of my long-term relationship, meant I suddenly found myself really struggling to cope with life. A friend recommended Jasmine and in those first few months where I wrestled to keep going she kept my head above the deep dark waters. The process of sitting in room talking to Jasmine, not just about my break up but also about the most ordinary things, has been a truly transformative experience for me.
  
  Her warmth, values, insight and philosophy have helped me make sense of how my relationship unravelled and at the same time understand how best to live my life.

  I initially sought Jasmine’s support for anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, & difficulties understanding & managing my emotions. Jasmine has supported me fully throughout the therapeutic process. Today, I am more confident, more willing to take risks, I am enjoying positive relationships, & I can say I am happy. Jasmine offers a safe & compassionate environment where it is possible to explore things going on in the present, & from the past.
  We can change our own story, but sometimes we need support to write the new chapters. Therapy with Jasmine provides this support.

  I have had an incredibly positive experience with Jasmine. Through seeing her I feel I am in control of my emotions much more, I am less
  anxious and am enjoying better relationships. Seeing Jasmine is one of the best things I've done and like one of the other reviews said, I do feel she has changed my life for the better. I find Jasmine very professional, caring and insightful.

  I was feeling stuck when I first met Jasmine so it felt like a relief when she identified that I had been battling with depression for several years.
  Her therapy style is warm, caring, insightful and challenging. For the first time I felt heard and understood which allowed me to open up and explore painful feelings.
  The therapy was transformative and an invaluable investment in myself.
