  My fridge freezer stopped working yesterday and it was full of food. I needed it repaired urgently so called AA Service UK Ltd at 9:03 today. they said they could get an engineer to me this afternoon then phoned back at 9:13 to say they could come this morning. At 10:06 the engineer Svetlozar Ignatov arrived!!! He immediately diagnosed the problem and by 11:00 had fixed the fridge freezer. The cost £84.00 inc VAT. I was over the moon. Svetlozar was quick professional and knew exactly what he was doing, He worked in a very clean, organised way and was a pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend this service this engineer speciffically to anyone. I shall definitely be using them again if the need arose. 5 stars are not enough!

  The engineer came on time according to our schedule, and worked efficiently. The problem was solved and he advised us how to avoid the same issue recurring

  I was very happy with this service. The engineer arrived on time, was very helpful and friendly, knew exactly what he was doing. Within 45 minutes he has pulled out a built -in oven, replaced the element and tidied up.
  It cost exactly as was explained, the call out fee, labour and cost of the part.

  I called AA Service yesterday when the door broke on my washer/dryer with my washing inside (including the straps for my baby’s highchair). I need to use the machine regularly and I needed to retrieve the washing inside.
  The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to book me an engineer to come out today between 3 and 6pm. I was called at 1pm to say that the engineer was able to come earlier if that was convenient. It was and the engineer arrived within 20 minutes of the call. He was able to move my machine (which is very difficult as it is in a tight space in the utility room) and open the door of the machine. The broken handle was removed and I have been shown how to use the machine manually while a replacement handle is ordered for me.
  Excellent service at a very reasonable rate. I don’t usually write reviews but felt that I needed to balance some of the negative ones online.

  GREAT SERVICE. I probably would not have booked this company seeing the bad reviews just now, BUT I had not. I googled and found the company for a washing machine repair - called and the lady on the phone was VERY HELPFUL and clearly explained the process, the charge for diagnostics, what the charge for labour would be if a repair was possible and that the price for any parts would be extra. That the price for parts could vary depending on the problem. She gave me a 2-hour window for later that afternoon and also said that it may not be possible to come if the engineer got held up on a previous job, but they would call and keep me informed
  - which they did, they said if he could not make it, he would come to me as a first job next morning. I was given a one hour slot, the engineer called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he checked the machine (it was very difficult to pull it out of its place) and found there was just a blockage in the drainage part. The plumbing was not correct but he said it's okay if it works - he told me how it should be. He also adjusted the water hose part so it would flow better. So: Efficient, helpful all the way and saved me a lot of money (I'd already looked for a new washing machine). The engineer's name was Svetlin. I really felt that this company does not try to trick you into paying for repairs or parts that are not needed. I would call them again.
