(December 2, 2018, 3:17 pm)Would definitely recommend this cattery. I visited a few in the area and was the most impressed with Sereta. The owners are genuine cat lovers and really care about the welfare of the cats. They do not board a crazy number of cats so felt reassured that they would be able to keep track of them all and care for them. The booking process was easy in that I spoke to them over the phone and just booked online. Drop off and collection was super efficient and personal. My three year old came with me to drop off our cat and they were excellent with her in that they explained how everything worked and reassured her that she would be okay. Our cat stayed for 2.5 half weeks and she was happy and healthy when she came home. Whilst we were away I emailed a couple of times and they responded very quickly. The setting is also amongst trees and fields, it is very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Sereta cattery!

(July 23, 2018, 6:09 pm)Great cat boarding establishment. The owners and their staff are real cat lovers, and are very nice. I know my cats are in good hands there, being fed, petted and groomed. I have been boarding my cats there for years. The pens are outdoors but under roof. In winter there are electrically heated pads for the cats to sleep on. Usually any reasonable owners' special requests are met - for instance, perhaps your cat is old and needs a ramp to get into the sleeping hut. Just ask.

(July 1, 2018, 6:07 am)We have been leaving our cat at Sereta for a number of years and have so much praise for the quality of care. I love that as you wander down into the cattery they know the names of the cats as we pass. They care about your pet so that when you are away you can rest easy they are being well looked after. The setting of the cattery is lovely set amongst trees and overlooking fields, it is very peaceful. I can wholeheartedly recommend the wonderful people at Sereta, your cat will be in the best of care.
