  I signed up for a free beginners class 7 months ago, after seeing Miska and her students giving a demonstration at the Cheam charter fair. I was initially a little unsure, as I hadn't done much exercise for the previous two decades, but I loved it. Miska is a great teacher, she breaks down the positions into easy to follow steps and there is no pressure. I would (and have) recommend YogaGenie to anyone. Since then I managed to loose a couple of stone, become much more flexible, feel more chilled out and seem to have my health going in the right direction.

  I've been attending one of Yoga Genie's courses for the last few weeks. It's a great class, not too big, plenty of variety and always options for the those who want to push themselves further. Equally there's no pressure to do too much so if you're having a less energetic week (as I was a couple of weeks ago!) you still leave feeling fantastic!
  Miska is a superb teacher and I have already signed up for the next course!

  I've been attending YogaGenie for three years and highly recommend taking a session if you haven't done so.
  
  As beginner level I found it was very accessible. There was no pressure to push my body further than it can manage. There's always an option for beginner level offered or to sit out what I wasn't comfortable with.
  
  I've attended many courses and workshops and can recommend them all (Beginner, Meditation and Detox courses. Sun Salutation, Asana & Back workshop).
  
  Miska is a great teacher and the atmosphere within the classes is very warm and welcoming.

  Being a slightly overweight maturer man i was cautious about trying the Beginners yoga class.. but i immediately felt at home and Miska made me feel very welcome.
  
  6 Months later i attend an intermediate class and have improved greatly, im far more flexible and chilled out and a little bit more toned.
  
  I would recommend Yoga Genie to everyone of all ages, both men and women.
