  This school is a great school! Teachers always going the extra mile to support students academically and personally through great teaching and intervention sessions. From Year 7 you are embraced into a wonderful 'family' whereby most peers and members of staff 'collaborate' together to achieve good grades, qualifications and a bright future. 'Respect' comes at its finest, with all members of the academy respecting the state of the art building (and its facilities), the teachers and of course other students.
  Whether you are the most confident person, or someone who is shy, there is no need to worry as everyone is included in a 'small school family' -be it Ashdown, Delamere or Sherwood. Teachers will know you within a click of a second and you are never far from help/support.
  As the main motto states 'Aspire, Strive , Thrive. Relentlessly pursuing excellence'- this is clearly emphasised throughout the school with inspirational workshops, assemblies, and even displays on walls. Both students and teachers perservere to achieve great goals and success.
  This truly is a OFSTED rated GOOD school and I wouldn't be suprised if they were to be rated outstanding anytime soon.
