I stayed with the agency for 6 months. I found them very helpful whenever needed. They replied very quickly to any questions asked. All those "hidden" fees mentioned by others are not really hidden fees as they are mentioned clearly in the contracted.

I recommend renting a place with the house of fruits!

I have just left, after three years. The property I’ve lived in has been a home for me - I can’t say anything bad about the agency! (Don’t trust the bad reviews!) they always responded very fast - reachable by email and by phone or sms. I would strongly recommend them, and I do to anyone that moves to London! High standard of quality, very detailed contracts.

I stayed in two properties managed by this company. I really enjoyed myself during my stay. The rooms were clean, quite spacious and comfortable while I found the overall cost reasonable. The housemates were professionals respecting my space and pleasant to spend some time with them in the living room. My communication with the company’s managers was stellar, as they always seemed eager to help should I had any issues during my stay (even not related to the premises). Their tips saved me a bunch of time. I would prefer staying with them now when I visit London rather than risk trying new places..
