(May 28, 2018, 7:20 am)Before there was UN1T, there was this place, "together we evolve" they say. "Our promise to you is to help you fall back in love with training again to ensure you never fail again." I guess that's if you loved it in the first place, right! If you didn't, I am sure they would not disqualify you from getting started, because they have a lot to offer a wannabe fit person.
A quick visit to there website and you will see from SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS, to TRACKED PROGRESS . From NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT to UNLIMITED INDUSTRY LEADING GROUP FITNESS CLASSES all supported with a DEDICATED COACH clearly you will be in some capable hands.

(March 27, 2018, 6:03 pm)A really great workout. The 45 minute HIT classes are Super handy. Time flies. I only pop in for the odd class but seems to be a great sense of community. Changing rooms and facilities are good - so solid choice for pre work class

David Ash and Ollie are so passionate about what they do and the semi private classes are brilliant as you train with two or three other people and get full attention and technique correction. They are very good at knowing each and every clients likes and dislikes and push them accordingly; always setting challenges and goals. Classes are super brilliant well thought out and a good warm up and proper stretching at the end. There is a real sense of community and I have met many super genuinely lovely people here, Evolve is a huge part of my life and the boys go above and beyond making this place so special. The guys deservedly have the best gym in London do not hesitate in signing up and trying out one of their trials. AMAZING ????

The results have been tremendous. The people, both trainers and members, really make this place special. Plus, it never gets old when people comment on how fit I'm looking! Put in the work and you'll be rewarded with excellent results. You can't go wrong with Evolve!
