  Daniel and Serhan were extremely helpful in selecting the right TV for my needs and weren't pushy in the slightest, which is something that normally puts me off buying from somewhere. The customer service is impeccable and I am very happy with the LG TV I bought today. I will be revisiting for my next purchase for sure. The TV I wanted was not in stock so they managed to sell me a slightly more expensive model at a discount, which was a very pleasant surprise.

  Bought an amp and speaker system from Dan. Was super impressed with the service. He explained the technicalities and pros and cons of different options in a really balanced way. He also listened to what I wanted to help get the right set up and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I got the right system. Where he didn't know about setting the system up via Google Home he researched it and called me back in a few days. Would definitely go back again.

  I never usually write reviews but as the service level was so outstanding recently I wanted to give a shout out to the manager Steve and his team. I recently needed support building home cinema set up in my basement. Steve was incredible, offering support throughout the process, even taking my call when i needed advice on how to get the screen to work. If you're looking for service which goes above and beyond, these are you guys!

  Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Have bought a few things from here now, price match was great. One time a TV was faulty, took it back and they replaced it with a minimum of fuss (replacement has lasted 10 years!)
