Hometree stuck to their fixed price despite a complete change in boiler from that initially quoted for (the video survey is a really good idea but perhaps not sufficient for more complex systems like mine). Communication from Lee at customer services was excellent. All in all, Hometree turned what could have been a really stressful process into an experience which has left me feeling really positive about Hometree as a company. It's really great to find a company these days that goes that extra mile to help the customer. I have already recommended them to a friend.

(January 26, 2018, 10:02 am)The quote I received was far better than British Gas and the video call with one of their engineers made the process easier, especially when our boiler broke down just after Christmas. I'll definitely be recommending Hometree to family and friends in the future
