I am giving the clinic 5 stars because my frozen embryo transfer worked first time. YeCs there was a long wait between having egg retrieval and then the transfer (6 months) however it is the Nhs. More than grateful to be given the opportunity. I found the appointments informative and the DRs were caring. Calling to speak to nurses were fine and I was responded to within few hours if they needed to call back. I am going back to have another transfer in a few months so I will update then.
