I've always found it difficult to motivate myself but I find the morning boxing sessions fun and exactly what I need to start my day. I didn't believe 30 mins could be effective but he keeps on moving the goal post so the sessions just get harder. I tell him he's sadistic and he just laughs! Thank you so much for your help!! xxxx
