The online valuation was higher than any others, it was easy to book the appointment, and all the info/ID I required was clearly explained. Jodie was brilliant and the whole process was very straightforward and I was pleasantly surprised by the very small reduction for my scuffed alloys. Top job, highly recommended and I will be back!

We got a car moved closer for us to view. As we arrived the team greeted us with tea and coffee, then let us explore the car alone for a few minutes. Rosie took us out for a test drive and then gave us some time alone to think/talk it through together.
All such a smooth and professional service. We actually decided we wanted a different car at another garage. Terry arranged a reservation refund straight away.
We’re actually gutted we didn’t like the car as much as the other one because it’s not often you get that level of customer service. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase!
