    My number one Alexander Technique practitioner! And I have tried a few. Nick has sorted out my back and many other things besides. I simply cannot recommend Nick enough. Just one session will convince you.

    When I first met Nick I'd suffered from chronic back pain for more than 10 years. I was diagnosed with a degeneration of the spine and no amount of treatments were effective for either reducing or getting rid of the pain. I tried painkillers, cortisone injections, physiotherapy and various other treatments but nothing ever really worked. In January 2014 someone recommended the Alexander Technique to me so I thought I'd give it a try. As my problem was quite severe it was agreed that I should visit Nick twice a week. At first there was no change, something in the way that Nick worked with me, he is very communicative, convinced me to keep trying and once I'd had about 6 or 7 lessons I got my first pain free day for a very long time. In the end I realised the pain was caused by something that I was actually doing myself, Nick taught me how to change these habits of tension and I eventually became pain free. I cannot recommend Nick or this process more highly. Nick is a dedicated teacher and was great fun to work with.
