Got an appointment at short notice after being turned away by my dentist. Had an abscess and really needed the antibiotics before the weekend and it got worse. Friendly, helpful and not so busy.
The reception staff are extremely friendly, helpful and always going the extra mile. Appointments are generally readily available on the same day. The doctors are also great. I'd definitely recommend!
Reception staff are very helpful, going out of their way to provide extra information. Appointments can usually be made for the same day when necessary, with less urgent appointments made for the same/next week. We have seen two different doctors there. Both are very reassuring and make sure you know they're always there, even if you might just be having a panic over nothing. I've never been kept waiting long and the waiting room is spacious.
