  This is the second time that I have purchased a car from Ford Direct in Bromley, the first being 15 years ago. I recieved great service and attention from David and it made my purchase a really pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend them, in fact every time someone asked me where I bought the car, I was happy to sing their praises. David took time to go over the finance plan and when I collected the car, he spent time going through all the functions of the car and how they worked. I hope they are still there when I decide to change this one as that will be the first place I will be going back to, to look for another car.

  Good buying experience. Excellent salesman. Not at all pushy. All promises kept. Good aftersales service sorting minor problem. Would recommend.

  Excellent warranty work completed. I went in on Wednesday to ask about a new headlight (my existing one failed), they inspected the car immediately and raised the job and booked me in. The part was ordered and the work completed 2 days later. Fantastic service. Bristol Street in Orpington meanwhile told me that it would be weeks before they could even inspect my car (a 10 second job). Friendly service staff.
