Omg, my daughter has nmda and she was referred to the picu under Dr Dan, she has been there for only a week and trust me I couldnt have asked for a better place. The Dr Dan has the best workers, once your child is there be rest assured he or she is in safe hands. Dr Dan Hayes is such a hands on doctor it's so reassuring to know he has such passion and care for his patients. As a team leader he has brought out the best in his team. Well done.
Had an ADHD assessment here (local Croydon ADHD pathway is undertaken here) back in December 2014, and was impressed.
Bethlem is a fantastic hospital, surrounded by gardens, woodland and fields. It offers a huge variety of Occupational Health activities including woodwork, pottery, art, gardening, computing, cookery, needlework, music, drama, exercise and much more. Despite frequent funding cuts, the staff work hard to provide support and help for people with mental health problems. People come from all over the country to use it's facilities. Without Bethlem, where would they go?
An overwhelming site where the history of ‘mad house’ has been turned into a reality of creative, helpful recovery centre for further studies into the human mind and mental Disabilities and struggles. Possibly the most flexible and forward thinking facility in the UK.
The art facility and gallery appropriate creative tools for self expression for patients and welcome an open dialogue with the public, spreading the importance of mr tap health.
The stunning vast grounds offer tranquility and much needed calm. I look forward to volunteering and collaborating with Bethelm.
