(November 6, 2018, 4:36 am)The nurses are really helpful and give a personalized feel. Also, the food here is actually rather nice (although somewhat expensive for guests) and the WI-Fi is decent and also take care of every patient.....

(October 18, 2018, 6:05 pm)Absolutely brilliant staff. Needed to visit the urgent care last night (17/10/18). I was told that the waiting time to see the nurse was 20 minutes and 3hrs to see the doctor. Nurse ( i think Ms Prasad) called me within 5 minutes and then looking at my bad state she immediately sent me to the doctor. So i was attended within 10 minutes. Both doctor and nurse were like God sent. I wish I had taken the name of the doctor so that I could thank him here! The speed and compassion with which I was attended by the staff is commendable. The doctor was under extreme pressure but was still calm and smiling! Thanks a lot to you both!
