Loved Rashmi's yoga class. Her classes always calmed me down after a stressful day and I kept it up for many years. Eventually I went on to become a yoga teacher myself and I feel this is due to Rashmis instruction. It is traditional Hatha Yoga with breathing, philosophy and relaxation. Rashmi adapted her class when I was pregnant and she is so peaceful her voice sends you to sleep. If you want to experience traditional yoga you will not be dissapointed.
