  I've just had my second visit from Regency Cleaning Services, and whilst its rare I am inspired to write a review, I was so delighted with their service again it seemed only appropriate to share my experience. Their first visit was to clean our sofa and armchairs, and this visit they have just steam cleaned all our dining chairs.
  I've always received excellent advice from them, they have never tried to upsell or clean additional items, their communication has been great, and their technicians have been punctual, protected all other items and worked hard to ensure that all marks and stains were removed. They are now my go-to cleaning firm and with a small baby we are undoubtedly going to need their services again! Thank you all very much Regency Cleaning Services!

  We had a small stain on an armchair when relatively new, caused by coleslaw. We did nothing about it for nearly two years despite it annoying us every time we looked at it. Decided to do something about it and found Regency Cleaning Services. They were very prompt, getting back the same evening I made the enquiry. They visited for a quote and we decided to have the sofas done too - no pushy sales pitch from Regency. Booked them in a week later - the stain is gone and the sofas look as good as new! Were thinking about replacing them with another suite but don’t need to bother anymore. Very professional service, would recommend!

  I approached Regency Cleaning Services because of their excellent and professional website and reviews. I am not out to ruin your 5 star rating but just posting an honest review. Simon was in touch quickly and professionally. He came out for a quote and agreed they could indeed clear the light coloured wool carpet after we had a roof leak. I was upfront about my concerns that the stain would not come out, has it been left too long, was it worthwhile or should I just go ahead and organise a carpet replacement. Simon was clear and certain it would not be a problem and it was not that bad. I paid up £96, the minimum charge, and booked for the following week at 8am. Sure enough, come Tuesday Steve turned up (also very professional) and made all the noises about how it was too bad and would not clean well as the stain was too bad. I was promptly refunded my money but I am annoyed that Simon appears to lack knowledge or honestly and I wasted a week on this.

  Sent a man within hours of my request to deal with a large red wine spillage in the middle of a brand new rug. He warned me he might not be able to get it out... but he did! Very good, fast and friendly service.
