(August 11, 2017, 5:49 pm)Never been disappointed, great coffee and friendly staff. Manager is amazing, so good she is often found at the other Petts Wood Costa too and is, I suspect, the reason why there are often trainee staff there -
learning the ropes from an expert [which does admittedly slow things down sometimes but everyone has to learn sometime :) ]
