  Incredibly happy with Samuel’s training - he’s incredibly well versed in the body, fitness and nutrition and he trained me for several months after a cancer operation. Samuel literally got me enjoying the gym for the first time in my life. His expert routines and guidance allowed me to surpass my limits. He’s an incredibly kind, calm and patient trainer who understood my condition and yet got me working out routinely and confidently, even alone. He’s a fountain of knowledge and his enjoyment of fitness really comes across. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to train and change their bodies, and lives!

  I started training with Samuel just under a year ago. He made sure he understood what I wanted from the sessions and helped me increase my confidence in going to the gym. I’m stronger and more confident than I was 9 months ago and I’m really happy with my progress. I also have a lot of fun training with him, he is flexible around what we work on and I think what he offers is very good value for money- I would definitely recommend him.

  I trained with Sam for nine months. He got me from a rising weight and daily drinking to a much better physical and mental place. We started in August 17 and in Jan 18 I signed up for my 1st marathon (London). I ended up running 3 marathons in April / May 18. Training adapted when needed including major stretching days to get me through. Very highly recommend and good value for money

  I never do PT sessions but Samuel definitely knows how to look after his client best way possible. I had the best experience with him and he showed me the right way to exercise showing me the correct techniques. He also gave me great advice with regards to my diet to achieve my goal. I would definitely recommend him as a PT. He is motivated and dedicated to your needs at all times to help you achieve the best results.

  It's been great training with Samuel. He's managed to transform my perception of working out being heavily focused on cardio and introduced me to the free weights area. Not only do I enjoy training more than ever, I push myself to the limit and of course am loving seeing the results! Samuel motivates me to do better, he also inspires me to reach new goals.
